We are sure you will love your new sheets, but if you have any issues or simply change your mind we have a 30-day no questions asked return policy.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Think a different colour would work better? No problem, we are happy to return or exchange any product that you are not 100% happy with so long as it meets our requirements.
Is my product eligible for a return/exchange?
- Item must be unused and unwashed with all original tags intact.
- Item must be returned in original packaging which must be in the original condition, including branded bags.
- Exchange or return has been organised within 30 days of receiving the product

Returns
We offer returns for 30 days from the date of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@bamboosheetsaustralia.com.au to arrange the return.
We will process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected your order. Please note that in the case of a change of heart, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.Â
Exchanges
.Please contact us at support@bamboosheetsaustralia.com.au to arrange an exchange. If there is a price difference (excluding items that are new-to-sale since the original purchase date), we will issue a refund or arrange the additional payment as needed. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange has been issued and tracking information will be released once your new order has been shipped.Â
Faulty Items
All our products undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipping. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We require visual proof of the fault and may ask for additional information before issuing an exchange or return.
- Reporting Faults: Please report any faults to Bamboo Sheets Australia within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Timeline: Requests submitted after three months from the purchase date may not be accepted, as distinguishing between faults and normal wear and tear becomes difficult over time.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the time we receive your return for processing.
Fault Exclusions
Our products are crafted for regular home use, and careful adherence to care instructions is essential. The following occurrences are not considered faults, and returns or replacements will not be accepted for items affected by:
- Pilling
- Explanation: Pilling may occasionally occur, especially initially. This is a natural effect in untreated fabrics and does not indicate a product fault.
- Prevention Tips: To minimise pilling, wash on a gentle cycle, avoid overloading the washing machine, and use mild detergents. A fabric shaver or gentle lint remover can also help in restoring smoothness.
- Discolouration
- Explanation: Over time, natural body oils, creams, sweat, and other substances may lead to slight discolouration. This is a common reaction and does not reflect a fabric defect.
- Care Tips: Treat discolouration gently with natural stain-removal methods, such as a solution of baking soda and water or diluted white vinegar. These gentle remedies can help lift stains without damaging your bedding.
- Shrinkage
- Explanation: Our bamboo bedding is designed with approximately 5% extra fabric to account for minimal shrinkage during the first few washes.Â
Care Tips: Following our care instructions will help your bedding maintain its size over time. We do not accept returns for shrinkage that aligns with our quality standards.
