We are happy to exchange any product that you are not 100% happy with. To request an exchange,
make sure you contact us within 30 days from your purchase date and let us know which product you’d like to exchange. If the new item is a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund or provide you with an easy way to make the additional payment. We will share an address with you to forward us the products.
What will make your products eligible for a return?
1. The products are unused and in brand-new condition.
2. The products are in its original packaging.
3. The products are returned to us within 30 days from its original purchase.
We do not cover postage costs for returning your items, but we will happily send your replacement free of charge. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will send out your replacement.

We may require visual proof and additional information about the damaged item you received. We ensure to make the necessary arrangements and exchange the faulty item with a brand-new replacement product as quickly as possible.
